AUNTIE-CONFIRMED ESTIMATE APPOINTMENTS
Clear terms before you book.
A $49 one-time appointment fee, paid through Safer Pros after the homeowner and professional accept the appointment. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
Who may purchase
An active Safer Pros Professional or the corresponding enhanced membership is required. Safer Pros confirms membership activation separately; membership alone is not a verification badge. Professionals choose their categories and ZIP codes and approve each appointment individually.
What you receive
A reviewed project summary, city/ZIP, date and two-hour arrival window before payment. Following homeowner permission and verified payment, the accepting professional receives the homeowner’s contact information and full project address. This appointment is not resold to another professional; the homeowner can obtain other estimates independently.
Arrival windows
The professional agrees to arrive within the selected two-hour window in the project time zone. This describes arrival, not the duration of the estimate visit. A homeowner’s requested date is tentative until reviewed, accepted and confirmed.
Eligible issues
Homeowner cancellation or no-show, a duplicate appointment, an invalid address, or work materially outside the accepted scope can be submitted for rescheduling, replacement or credit review. Professional cancellations, professional no-shows, and failure to win the job do not qualify.
Report within 48 hours
Report issues through your professional appointment account within 48 hours after the scheduled arrival window ends. A homeowner cancellation may be reported earlier. Trust Auntie reviews claims within three business days. Keep supporting details and records.
Replacement and refund
The 30-calendar-day replacement period begins when a claim is approved. A replacement requires acceptance by the homeowner and professional and no additional appointment fee. If no replacement is provided within that period, the original appointment fee becomes refundable to the original payment method. Refund due dates, processing and confirmation are recorded separately; bank processing time is additional.
No promised job award
The fee purchases the appointment service. It does not guarantee a sale, project value, profitability, workmanship, licensing, insurance or the outcome of an estimate. Independent professionals are responsible for their own services and contracts.
Payment records
Card details are entered only on Clover. Returning from checkout does not by itself prove payment. The appointment account releases contact details only after verified payment confirmation. No automatic renewal or recurring charges are authorized. For payment questions, contact info@saferpros.com.
