Real estate & home financing sources
The current import was prepared September 26, 2026. Counts below are eligible source records before cross-source contact consolidation. They are not counts of unique people, Safer Pros members or verified professionals.

California mortgage endorsement data also enriched 22,201 existing DRE records where the real estate license qualified and the NMLS endorsement was Approved. These are not counted again as separate people. Some professionals hold licenses in more than one state and may have separate public records.
What these records do—and do not—show
- Public license record: the imported source met the stated status criteria at its snapshot date. Use the “Check license” link to confirm the current record.
- Public listing: business contact information from an open places source or a business website. Licensing and background-check status are not inferred.
- Networking member: information from a Safer Pros Networking roster. Membership alone does not establish Verified Pro status.
Imported professionals have not necessarily claimed their listings or agreed to participate in Safer Pros. A listing is not an endorsement, referral guarantee, lending approval or Safer Pros verification.
Location and contact limitations
Most registry locations are business or mailing cities, not confirmed service areas. Street addresses are omitted from these imports. Texas TREC’s downloaded file does not provide city, ZIP, phone or website; those entries say “Licensed in TX” unless independently enriched. A Florida mortgage license may belong to a professional whose registered location is in another state. The card identifies the licensing jurisdiction separately.
Missing phone numbers, websites and logos are left missing. No contact details are guessed. Search filters can only match locations supplied by the source. This directory is not a complete Google Maps export or an exhaustive list of every U.S. professional. These are dated imports, not continuous license monitoring.
Existing home-service records
The directory retains its home-service businesses, national inquiry listings and networking members. Florida construction and electrical licensing records came from DBPR construction and DBPR electrical contractor exports retrieved September 26, 2026. Eligible current, active and unexpired business records are included, with associated licenses grouped by business and city.
Additional state contractor databases
Official contractor imports added 377,234 listings on September 26, 2026. Repeated license rows and matching existing businesses were consolidated; associated credentials remain on the listing. Counts below are eligible source rows before consolidation.

Duplicate checks use agency, credential type and license number first, then an unambiguous normalized business name or alias, city, state and ZIP match. Credentials from different states can appear together. Similar names with insufficient matching information remain separate for review. Registry records are not proof of insurance, a background check or Safer Pros verification. Washington data is published under the Open Data Commons Public Domain Dedication and License; Oregon and Connecticut identify their datasets as public domain. California and Minnesota provide free public contractor exports.
Virginia contractor rosters
The Virginia DPOR Class A, B and C contractor files, dated September 21, 2026 and downloaded September 26, supplied 50,315 eligible unexpired records. 48,948 listings were added and 1,367 matching records were consolidated. The full license identifier includes board, occupation and certificate number.
Current status is not supplied by this export. Virginia entries are labeled “Unexpired roster record; current status not supplied.” An expiration date alone does not establish that a license is active or free of disciplinary restrictions. Use the official Check license link before hiring. Phone numbers and websites are absent from the file; existing contact details are preserved only on matched listings. Street addresses and emails are omitted. Malformed, expired and conflicting identity records are excluded.
Property & community association management
This import added 22,745 listings. Matching existing records were enriched with management categories and credentials instead of creating another card. Counts below are eligible source rows before consolidation.

Credentials identify the manager or management firm, not the properties they manage. Individual professionals remain distinct from their employers. Public credentials do not establish membership, a background check, insurance or Safer Pros verification. General credentials are not evidence of residential, multifamily or commercial specialization.
Duplicate checks use source, credential namespace and license number, followed by an unambiguous normalized name or alias, city, state and ZIP match. Source credentials are preserved on merged cards. Street addresses and personal emails are omitted; absent phone numbers and websites are not guessed. Records with insufficient identity evidence remain distinct.
Nevada publishes management spreadsheets, but its download links returned rejection pages during this import. No Nevada management roster was imported. South Carolina and Illinois were reviewed without a confirmed usable bulk source in this pass. Coverage is not exhaustive.

Open data attribution
Nationwide open business contacts use the September 23, 2026 Overture Maps places release. The additional real estate and mortgage contacts are a sample of the national places dataset; coverage varies by state and this is not a complete national export. Data may contain errors or outdated details. Applicable redistribution terms: CDLA Permissive 2.0 and Apache 2.0. Other information comes from public agency records, business websites and published Safer Pros Networking rosters.
