License records show their source, jurisdiction and snapshot date. Florida DBPR records are current, active and unexpired in the imported file; Florida OFR mortgage records are marked Approved. New York and Texas imports include eligible active, unexpired licenses. California records must be Licensed, unrestricted and unexpired; imported mortgage endorsements must be Approved. A registry address may be a mailing location. Texas records without contact details identify a license jurisdiction, not an office location. Confirm current credentials and service availability directly.
