License, registration and permit types vary by jurisdiction. Florida CAM and CAB credentials relate to community association management; they are not a general rental property-management license. Virginia’s imported roster does not supply current status. Sources and dates appear with public credentials.

Free listings combine public business websites, Safer Pros Networking member information, open Overture Maps places data, and public licensing exports. An imported listing does not mean the professional has joined Safer Pros, claimed the listing or passed a background check.
License records show their agency, jurisdiction and snapshot date. The directory includes eligible construction and electrical records from Florida and additional contractor records from California, Washington, Oregon, Connecticut, Minnesota and Virginia, alongside real estate and mortgage records. Import criteria vary by agency. Virginia’s roster has no current-status field; its entries are labeled as unexpired roster records, with current status not supplied. Other contractor imports use the agency status criteria described on our sources page. Registry locations may be mailing cities rather than service areas.
